For decades, interior designers were
exclusive to the wealthy and the discussion of cost was uncomfortable
for designers and their clients. This relationship still exists
in the industry, however, we choose to conduct our business in
a very different manner.
We believe that each client should
be aware of all costs involved. We operate with an open book policy.
Our open book policy allows the discussion of costs, money and
budgets to be comfortable and relaxed. Margaret strongly believes
there is nothing to hide - we share with clients our trade cost,
commission mark-up and detailed updates of their financial status.
We are experts in assisting clients
with creating budgets, but more importantly, we make every effort
to ensure the original budget is maintained. We recognize the
importance of keeping the financial aspect of a job controlled,
therefore, updating our clients regularly of their financial status
gives our clients the assurance that there wont be unexpected
costs.
